Returns policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days : you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 14 working days following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). If you need any further information, you can send an email to contact@sosei.co.

Preorders
In the case of preorders, as we are making your items for you and would not otherwise buy the stock, we cannot accept exchanges. We will do what we can if sizing is an issue to swap your item but cannot ensure this is possible.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
To return your product, please email contact@sosei.co for instructions on where to send your parcel.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
